About Graduate Assistantships in Cybersecurity

The MS in Cybersecurity Program is pleased to offer graduate assistantships to competitive applicants.  It is expected the graduate assistant works for at least ONE year in the position.

Qualifications

• Fully accepted into the MS in Cybersecurity program. 
• At least ONE of the following certifications* (The more certifications, the more eligible is the candidate)  

            - CCNA by CISCO 

            - COMPTIA SEC +  

            - CISSP by ISC2 

            - CEH by EC council  

*Note: If none of the applicants possess the above certifications, other candidates with equivalent or similar work experience in the fields covered by the certifications might be considered.  

• Successfully pass ( 75% or above) an oral exam (30 to 40 minutes) made by one of our faculty or the coordinator. 

Timeline 

Current graduate assistants typically work for periods of two years while they are part of the program. Please contact the coordinator to inquire about the next opening.
