  • New hire/promotion rates.

  • Annual increase implementation, including salary modeling.

  • Job evaluation/pay ranges.

  • Classification specification revisions.

  • Performance evaluation.

  • Labor market information/analyses.

  • Bargaining unit bases (used in negotiations).

  • Fair Labor Standards Act (exempt positions, overtime, hours worked, travel interpretations).

  • Exemption requests/recommendations.
