Our intent with this program, called Chasing the American Dream Series, is to educate and engage our students around current issues, societal shifts, ways to get involved regarding local and federal government, and the upcoming Presidential election on November 3, 2020.
One program we are going to offer each month will be a fireside chat, formatted after a Ted Talk. Each month will have a different topic but will follow the same format. We will have 3 speakers, and the first two will be informative, and the third speaker will be the call to action, or what can you do about to impact this issue. Register here to join us!
