Chasing the American Dream Series

We are very excited about a new initiative we are going to roll out over the next 3 semesters. Our intent with this program, called Chasing the American Dream Series, is to educate and engage our students around current issues, societal shifts, ways to get involved regarding local and federal government, and the upcoming Presidential election.  Starting in September 2019 we are going to launch the series and will offer a variety of programming once a week through the Thanksgiving Break.

One program we are going to offer each month will be the Ted Talk. Each month will have a different topic but will follow the same format. We will have 3 speakers, and the first two will be informative, and the third speaker will be the call to action, or what can you do about to impact this issue. And the first 50 people who register here to join us for the September Ted Talk, will get to eat dinner FOR FREE!
