Soak Up the Summer Challenge

Join us for 8 weeks of summer challenges! These challenges will vary from physical, social, and even holiday celebration challenges. Every Monday, a new challenge will be emailed to you, and you will have until the following Sunday to complete it! Complete all 8 challenges and be entered in a random drawing to receive some EIU swag. See below for some of the challenges you can expect to see! 

• Run/walk 10 miles over the course of a week
• Explore your community! go to a new place you’ve always wanted to go (new hiking trail, coffee shop, park)
• Stay hydrated! Drink 8 glasses of water a day for a week

This summer challenge starts May 17 and ends July 11. It is free! Register by May 14 to secure your spot!
