What can I do if I can't access my account?

  1. Verify you are using just your NetID, all lowercase.
    • Your EIU NetID is the first part of your EIU email address.
  2. If you are using your full EIU email address, you may experience trouble logging in for some services.
  3. Verify you are using the correct password to access your account. 
    • Try logging in to PantherMail, PAWS or D2L Brightspace. 
  4. If you continue to have trouble logging in to an EIU service, you might try resetting your password.
