Dear EIU Student,
You are invited to complete a brief (3-5 minute) anonymous survey about online learning at EIU, found at http://tinyurl.com/EIUonline. Data from the survey will be used to help guide the recommendations made by the EIU online learning committee (see http://castle.eiu.edu/psych/online/index.php). Your opinion is very important. The deadline to complete the survey is January 25, 2012.
Participation in this survey is voluntary and not a requirement or a condition for being the recipient of benefits or services from Eastern Illinois University or any other organization sponsoring the research project. If you volunteer to be in this study, you may withdraw at any time without consequences of any kind or loss of benefits or services to which you are otherwise entitled. There is no penalty if you withdraw from the study and you will not lose any benefits to which you are otherwise entitled.
