Subject: Tornado Relief Drive
Dear EIU Students, Faculty, and Staff:
I have been so delighted and proud of our Eastern Illinois University community for the outpouring of support for our IL neighbors and friends.
We are encouraging the EIU campus community to participate in our Tornado Relief Drive by donating any of the following items: toiletries/ personal hygiene items, bottled water, winter coats, gloves, hats, or scarves.
Donations can be delivered to the Student Recreation Center starting on Wednesday morning (November 20). Also, we will be hosting a campus collection from 10am to 3pm under the Bridge Lounge of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Union. The Student Community Service van will be parked under the walkway, stop by and make a donation.
Only the above mentioned items will be collected.
