The Mindful Educator Faculty Practice Circle

The Mindful Educator Faculty Practice Circle (FPC): Continuing the Journey, a new offering from the FDIC for those who completed the Mindful Educator FLC. The FPC is a safe, supportive community of educators with shared interests, where we can practice together, build trust, and create space to be seen and heard. Through mindfulness, reflection, and open conversation, we’ll continue nurturing well-being, nervous system awareness, and mindful teaching.
Facilitated by Dr. Misty Rhoads and Kim Ervin, the FPC is informal and experiential—no set curriculum, just a commitment to connection, support, and practice.
