BS in Health Sciences

The BS Health Sciences has a required core of interdisciplinary coursework coupled with a curated set of courses focused in one of three professional interest areas:

Policy and Ethics prepares students to work in governmental agencies, administrative departments, or advocacy organizations in health-related fields.

Diversity and Equity in Health provides students with a background in social determinants of health and health care with an emphasis on understanding and serving marginalized groups.

Generalist Option offers flexibility in curriculum selections --- students can customize their courses to fit their career interests in the health sciences.

NOTE: If you are primarily interested in a pre-clinical program -- pre-med, pre-PT or OT, pre-dentistry, pre-chiropractic, nursing, etc. -- then this is probably NOT the best choice for you.
