Booth Library program focuses on book by Joy Harjo

Booth Library at Eastern Illinois University received a $14,000 grant to host the National Endowment for the Arts Big Read. The NEA Big Read is designed to broaden our understanding of our world, our communities, and ourselves through the joy of sharing a good book.

Many local programs were held, including book discussions, performances, lectures, workshops and story times. The list of programs that were presented is found on the Programs link above.
