- Election: February 10, 7-10am and 12-4pm (Sullivan Room, MLK Union) and
8-10pm (Greek Court 2A)
- Run-off (if necessary): February 17, same times and
locations as election
4th Annual Member Breakfast

Join your fellow members for breakfast in the park! There will be several gift card giveaways. Family members are welcome!
Mideastern Illinois Labor Council Labor Day Picnic
August 23, 2025 | 12-4pm | Fox Ridge State Park (Tentative)
This annual event brings together union members and retirees from across the region for an afternoon of free food, live music, and plenty of prize giveaways. Families are welcome!
Homecoming Parade
October 11, 2025 (Tentative)
Local 981 members will walk in the EIU Homecoming parade with members of other unions on campus. Family and friends are welcome to join us!
