Membership Services
We manage membership services including membership renewal, payments, conference planning and newsletter development and distribution. For the past 20 years we have managed local, statewide and national memberships for organizations with memberships in the thousands and those in the hundreds. Maintain membership records which include:
- Track and maintain membership data by means of an electronic database
- Collect membership dues
- Produce and mail membership notices, renewal notices and membership cards to members
- Provide monthly report on membership
- Maintain general correspondence
- Provide mailing lists, labels, and copies of database upon request
