Family and Consumer Sciences’ Scholarships
Directions:
- Application must be typed.
- Submit a total of five (5) copies of your application to the School of Family and Consumer Sciences’ main office, 1030 Klehm Hall by 4:00pm on September 7, 2012. (Do not submit 5 copies for each scholarship in which you are applying).
- To select a scholarship on the rich text application, double click on the box and choose "checked" to check that box.
- Student Hometown Media Release Form must be submitted with applications (only one copy of release form required)
- Attendance at the Scholarship/Awards Ceremony on November 10, 2012 at 10 am in the Buzzard Hall Auditorium with a reception immediately following in the Tarble Arts Atruim.
- Applicants MUST check their EIU email on September 21, 2012 to see if they received a scholarship.
