Can I track the status of my request?

Yes, you can track the status of your request by visiting techsupport.eiu.edu.

  • Login using your NetID and password.
  • Click on the Requests tab.

Service Desk Plus

  • Use the drop-down menu near the top to filter your requests such as ‘My Open Requests’ or ‘My Completed Requests’.

Service Desk Plus

  • From the list, you can click on a request and see the details input by a technician, such as notes or a resolution.
