Eligible student is
- A citizen or permanent resident of the United States,
- A registered student of Eastern Illinois University
And meet one or more of the following requirements
- First-generation college student (if you lived with both parents/legal guardians, and neither graduated from a four-year college or university OR if you lived with only one parent and that parent did not graduate from a four-year college or university)
- Low-Income (means an individual whose family's taxable income for the preceeding year did not exceed 150 percent of the poverty level amount established by the Census Bureau.)
- Students with documented physical or learning disabilities.
