Her research focuses on the individual-level employee behaviors and management. Specifically she has researched individual coworker responses when organizational exits occur, CEO and Top-Management team feedback seeking behavior, post-retirement employment, and HR and franchising issues. Most recently, she wrote a book chapter on strategies for managers in managing workplace bullying.
