Admission to Teacher Education
Meetings

Admission to Teacher Education meetings for the 2023-24 academic year will be held in the Buzzard Hall Auditorium (1501 Buzzard Hall) on the following dates and times.

• Monday, August 28 - 5:00-6:00 p.m.
• Thursday, September 14 - 6:00-7:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, October 4 - 4:30-5:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, November 7 - 6:00-7:00 p.m.
• December 8 - 10:00-11:00 a.m. (must have an appointment)
• Monday, February 5 - 5:00-6:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, March 13 - 6:00-7:00 p.m.
• Thursday, April 4 - 2:00-3:00 p.m.
• Friday, April 19 - 10:00-11:00 a.m.(must have an appointment)

Note: This requirement must only be fulfilled once; if you have already completed this requirement, please do not sign up again. You may determine if you have already met this requirement by running a "Degree Audit" (https://www.eiu.edu/acaffair/dars/); once you have done so, in the "University Admission to Teacher Education Requirements" section, look for the "Attended the University Admission to Teacher Education Meeting" item; if you have a green check next to this item, you have fulfilled this requirement. If the item does not appear or does not have a green check next to it, you have not yet fulfilled this requirement and should do so as soon as possible.
