Information on 2011-2012 Monetary Award Program (MAP) Grant Funding
We received the following message from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) on December 22, 2011 that there will be no further reductions of 2011-12 MAP second- and third-term claims:
Based on analysis of first-term payment requests (claims), as well as the recently-approved authority to spend $33.5 million in funds that were reserved for student financial assistance - no additional reduction will be necessary for 2011-12 second- or third-term MAP claims.
