#EIUGoTime 2025
Share your EIU story to help bring in the newest class of Panthers!
From Monday, April 28 to Thursday, May 1, we will celebrate #EIUGoTime, our annual social media campaign designed to engage our Panther family of alumni, students, staff, and faculty and to encourage future Panthers to choose EIU too! This is an exciting chance to get involved and connect with incoming and prospective students online. Your EIU story can make a significant impact and inspire others to become Panthers.
You can participate by taking to social media and sharing why you chose EIU, what you love about the campus, the people, and the community here, or the opportunities and experiences you have gained from being part of Eastern Illinois University! We will be awarding $2,500 in scholarships to participating current students or future Panthers who make their posts public on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn, and use the hashtag #EIUGoTime.
Our dedicated community is what sets us apart from other universities. With your participation, future students will feel confident in their decision to commit to EIU. Thank you for being a valuable part of #EIUGoTime 2025! Go Panthers!

- Share the news about EIU Go Time with friends, alumni, and future Panthers!
- Take to social media, make a public post sharing your EIU experience, and use the hashtag #EIUGoTime.
- Challenge fellow Panthers to share their #EIUGoTime message as well!

Tuesday, April 29:
- All Day: Student Body President Snapchat Takeover with Reagan Robson
- All Day: Scavenger Hunt - Show us your Favorite Study Spot on Campus
- 1 pm: Day in the life of a Study Abroad student
Wednesday, April 30:
- All Day: Scavenger Hunt - Show us your favorite place or thing to eat on campus!
Thursday, May 1 - Decision Day 2025
- All Day: Billy Panther Snapchat Takeover
- All Day: Scavenger Hunt: Find Billy on campus and take photo with him!
