Purpose
The Civil Service Council's purpose is to provide advisory counsel to the administration and the Employee Advisory Committee representative of the University Civil Service Merit Board regarding the general interest and welfare of non-negotiated civil service employees. We also review and make recommendations to the University regarding personnel matters involving Non-Negotiated Civil Service Employees.
