We offer one day workshops, weekend seminars and week long camps for youth in a variety of subject areas. Each year we offer technology, art, music, career, engineering and many other educational opportunities for youth.

Preparing for a Mission Trip

Description: If it's your first time traveling abroad, preparing for a short-term Mission trip can seem overwhelming. How much stuff do I bring? What documentation do I need? There is a whole lot more to being prepared than getting your passport, immunizations and proper clothing. Learn the essentials; what to pack, how to avoid catastrophes and tips to make your trip extra special. Please bring paper and pencils.


Kaleidoscopes

Gymnastics

Computer Guts

Description: Learn computer anatomy 101 with this hands-on class.  We will explore what is in the box and what makes it operate.  We will also discuss computer hardware, troubleshooting and upgrading topics.


Creative Writing Camp

Description: The Summer Creative Writing Camp at Eastern Illinois University is an intensive four-day adventure in the writing of fiction and poetry for high school students and advanced middle school students.  Each day will include various writing exercises to excite creativity and develop skills, as well as free time to write and to meet individually with the instructor for specific guidance.  Students will write several complete short stories and poems.  They will also compile a portfolio of ideas and writing fragments for future projects, and will read aloud from their work at an informal end-of-the week reading to which friends and relatives are invited.

WeDo Robotics Engineering Camp
