HIPAA Privacy Officer
Bryan Callaway is the University's HIPAA Privacy Officer. As the Privacy Officer, he acts as a consultant to assist and guide departments who are required to comply with HIPAA rules and regulations. Any suspected HIPAA privacy violations should be reported to the Privacy Officer. He can be reached by telephone at 581-7778.
HIPAA Project Officer
General Counsel is the HIPAA Project Officer and gives legal guidance to the University's HIPAA Privacy Officer.
