  7. Have you participated in an Adventure of the American Mind or Teaching with Primary Sources professional development activity? If so, when and where?
  8. What subjects and grades do you currently teach? Next year?
  9. What leadership roles or special projects have you have you undertaken that would demonstrate initiative and creativity?
  10. Describe your current use of primary sources and the Library of Congress website (if any) in the classroom.
  11. When teaching, do you provide hands-on experiences for students? Please give one example.
  12. Why are you interested in participating in the Learning with Lincoln Institute?
  13. List two possible topics for a learning experience in relation to the subject you teach.
