Campus Mail Services

Campus Mail Services is designed to function as a center for the receipt, dispatch and control of U.S. mail and university campus mail. We are located in the Central Stores Building on West Campus. Campus Mail Services operates from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and on university observed holidays.

Our Vision

Our vision is for a dedicated mail service staff with state-of-the-art equipment to provide excellent total mail services to the university community in order that EIU will enter the 21st Century as a comprehensive institution-responsive to change, dedicated to excellence, and committed to a global educational perspective.

Business Reply Mail

Please use Copy Express for your business reply envelopes and postcards. They have the USPS approved templates for your business reply needs.

Change of name, department or location

Please notify Campus Mail Services promptly of all changes in your name, your official department name or location on campus.
