Dialing Instructions

  • Dialing ON-CAMPUS numbers requires dialing the seven digit phone number (ex. the number 581-5951).

  • Dialing (Local) OFF-CAMPUS Charleston and Mattoon numbers requires dialing the seven digit phone number.

  • Dialing Long Distance (anywhere outside of Charleston or Mattoon) requires a pre-paid calling card.  These cards may be purchased at most retail stores.
