The profession is in high demand and EIU boasts a 100% placement rate for graduates of the program. Job possibilities are diverse and numerous, working with toddlers through adult-aged clients. Disorders include stuttering, swallowing, voice, language, hearing impairments, among many others.
The program at Eastern Illinois University allows you to shadow and work with clients as an undergraduate student under faculty supervision.
