Dr. Jaysinha Shinde earned his Ph.D from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIUC) in 2010. He was the Presidential Scholar at SIUC. He is a Professor in Accountancy.

He currently teaches Forensic Accounting, Advanced Auditing, Auditing and Assurance Services. Recently Dr. Shinde published in one of the most prestigious journals in Accounting ('A' Journal). His current research is focused on Mindfulness and Stress in Accounting.
