Hi my name is Angelena Tornabene. I am from Schaumburg, IL where I have lived all 22 years of my life. I am the oldest of three kids; I have a sister and brother.  I have a dog named Honey, who is my best friend and enjoys being the caboose on our runs unless she sees a squirrel or bunny!  I did my Bachelors of Exercise Science here at Eastern with a Pre-Physician’s Assistant emphasis. For the past two years I have been a surgical nursing technician on the orthopedic floor at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. I love being able to use my knowledge acquired from my degree to educate my patients on future health and wellness practices. My ultimate goal is to become a Physician’s Assistant and bring exercise, nutrition, health, and wellness at the forefront of health care to ultimately decrease chronic disease due to unhealthy practices. My exercises interests include Zumba, HITT training, plyometric training, and time effective and efficient functional training for strength, sculpting, and fat-loss.
