The blue color is what I like most about EIU. The blue color represents passion and friendships. These are the most important reasons I 'm so proud of being an EIU student. EIU and the international students are connected inseparably. EIU provides the best opportunity for international students to learn knowledge and to get involved into the culture. The blue color is the symbol of this big family that attracts students from all over the world. The international students on this campus makes EIU more colorful and meaningful. During homecoming, I went on the parade with the international student team, I saw all the local residents who came out for the blue panther and celebrated with us. They told their children, "They are EIU students from all over the world!" When I heard it, I was so moved. This blue color makes EIU powerful and attractive.
