I am Dinesh Boinapally from India.I feel very proud to be a part of Eastern Illinois University. I am doing my master's program in Technology. Obtaining a Master’s degree in United States is not so simple and it needs a lot of hard-work and support. EIU has given me all the support to achieve them. I feel like EIU is my second home and I have never felt sad eventhough I came so far from home. Eastern Illinois university offers many facilities to help the students and I am sure everyone loves the campus life at EIU while working for the development of their career.
I came to United Sates in 2014 for the Fall intake. Eastern Illinois university offers many more facilities like housing and dining, student recreation center, health service and many other student organizations to helpthe students. We also have the Association of International students and Indian Student Association to get to know the students personally. Moreover there are many employment opportunities at EIU. Presently I am working at University Dining. Students who are talented in their profession are encouraged to apply for merit awards and scholarships.
The people in Charleston are very friendly. They welcome everyone and I am glad to say that I got invitations from EIU and Charleston Families for special occasion like ThanksGiving, New Year, Christmas  and even for some personal events. My EIU family and I are always ready to assist new comers! Go Panthers!
