Staff Profile

Dr. Candra Chahyadi is a Professor of Finance at Lumpkin School of Business, Eastern Illinois University. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. He has an MBA degree from the University of South Carolina, majoring in International Business and Finance. He attended the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing, China between 2000 and 2001. In addition, he obtained his professional finance certifications of CFA and CAIA in 2012 and 2013, respectively. His research focuses on corporate finance, corporate governance, and financial inclusion. He currently serves as an editorial board member of the International Journal of Governance and Financial Intermediation. He is serving as the Research Coordinator of Asset Pricing and Investments at the Indonesian Finance Association.
