| Thomas Jefferson was born on April 23, 1743 in Virginia. At age 5, he was put in an English school by his father. When Thomas Jefferson turned 16, he went to college. After college, he went to law school. He built his own home called Monticello in one year. He had a favorite horse at his home. Thomas Jefferson loved to read and that is why he did so good in college. |
