Welcome to the EIU Campus Food Pantry. This form is for those who are unable to make it during normal pantry hours to get food. Once we receive this completed form, a staff member in the Office of Leadership and Engagement will reach out to setup a time for you to pick up your food. Please allow 1-2 business days for our staff to reach out. As a reminder, please bring your Panther Card with you to your pickup.
The Campus Food Pantry hours are as follows. Mondays: 1:30-3:30pm - Tuesdays: 3-5pm - Wednesdays: 1:30-3:30pm - Thursdays: 2-4pm - Fridays: 2-4pm
