EIU Reads - Summer 2021

We are committed to continue to learn and evolve and grow as humans and are continuing our conversations about race, racism, systematic racism and how it impacts everything and everyone. Our next book to read will be “The New Jim Crow” by Michelle Alexander. The conversations will take place via Zoom and will be facilitated by members of the university faculty, staff and administration through the month of June 2021. For those who participate we will meet once a week for 4 weeks for a 60 minute conversation. Space is limited to 20 people a session, so don’t delay in registering!
