New Room Reservation Policy
The MLK Jr. University Union will begin a non-cancellation charge as of Aug. 1, 2017, for users of Union facilities who do not cancel their room reservation five days prior to their event. These rooms will include:

- Grand Ballroom and University Ballroom will be charged $100
- 1895 Room and Loft will be charged $50
