This scholarship is funded by the Grant-In-Aid Fee paid by students. The Grant-In-Aid Fee provides monetary awards to help students pay tuition, mandatory fees, and room and board. A part of the funds generated by this fee is used to help students who are socio-economically disadvantaged. Recipients must have an Expected Family Contribution= $0. Awards are made in the fall of each year to students who have applied for financial aid using the FAFSA. This is a nomination only scholarship. FAFSA forms should be completed and submitted as soon as possible after January 1. Awards range from $200-1,000. The number of awards given are subject to availability of funds.
