Established in 1987, The McNabb-Dow Graduate Scholarships holds the following criteria: two recipients may be selected, the recipients must be full-time graduates, majoring in Family and Consumer Sciences, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. It is preferred that both recipients be in Dietetics and one recipient must be selected from Dietetics. However, if a second recipient is not available, then a recipient may be selected from Family and Consumer Sciences. Factors considered shall be scholarship (60%), leadership (20%) and service (20%). Financial need may be considered at the discretion of the selection committee. The recipients must be in good academic standing. This scholarship is non-renewable. It is announced and paid in the Fall semester.
