Balancing Your Life: The MindBody Connection for Lowering Anxiety

Faculty, staff and students are welcome to spend an hour learning about the connection between your mind, emotion, and body. During this time you will learn how to lower anxiety and stress levels through mindfulness practices. Workshop will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm in 1418 Klehm Hall.
