What if I can’t log in to D2L?

• Are you registered for classes in the current semester?
       If you are not registered for classes in the current semester, you may not have access to D2L.
       If you feel you have a need for access, please contact Campus Technology Support at 217-581-4357.
• Are you using all lowercase letters when entering your EIU NetID?
• Have you tried logging in to D2L using a different browser?
• Is it time for you to change your EIU Password?  
       If you think it is, please go to https://password.eiu.edu and update your password.
• If, after testing the above, you are still not able to login to D2L, please take note of the error you are receiving and call Campus Technology Support at 217-581-4357.
