How do I create a Skype for Business chat through the web?

To create a Skype for Business chat though the web:
  1. Sign in to your PantherMail
  2. Make sure you are signed into Skype for Business on the web
  3. Locate the person you want to send an instant message to by finding them in search, your Contacts list, or a email you have from them. 
  4. Click on the Contact 
  5. Then, Click the "Send an IM" icon IM_2   
  6. You can now use Skype for Business to chat on the web.
