Organizational Development is a distinct field of study focused on understanding the human aspects of the organization, including people, processes, and practices..
Many students returning to earn a college degree have had significant amounts of workplace training and experience. We recognize that these knowledge and skills have been valuable in shaping who you are as a person, but also what you would like to become within the occupation. The Organizational Development program is designed to support these experiences by awarding credits for prior learning. Your degree may be closer than you think!
