Adding or Deleting Teaching Assistants

Working with all course members including auditor students, enrolled students, teaching assistants, and section designers.

From the Teach View, locate the Instructor Tools and select Grade Book.

The Grade Book is used to:
  • view, enter, and manage grades for all students
  • enter descriptive data about student. For example: names, addresses, telephone numbers, areas of interest
  • add or delete access to the course for all members

Once in gradebook, select Enroll Members from the top tool bar.

Enter the User Name and assign role to member, then click Enroll
