2024 Eastern Music Camp General Scholarship Application Form

Please be aware of the following guidelines:
• One recommendation form submitted by a music teacher is required for scholarship consideration. Please send them the link on the EMC website: www.eiu.edu/emc
• Scholarship and recommendation forms must be completed by April 12, 2024.
• Please provide an email address below that is checked regularly. Notification of scholarship awards will be emailed to the address provided on or before April 22, 2024.
• Payments must be postmarked or submitted online on or before June 7, 2024, though early bird pricing ends on May 15, 2024.
