Virtual Open House - October 26-29, 2020

Join us during the week of October 26th to explore the Department of Music through a series of virtual presentations with faculty and students.  Our Zoom sessions are designed to give prospective music students the opportunity to connect with members of the department and experience the Department of Music during your virtual visit with us!

Program:

• Monday, October 26^th 6:00 pm: 
  • Department Presentation, followed by a Student Q & A Session
    
    
• Tuesday, October 27^th 6:00 pm: 
  • Ensemble Presentation
    
    
• Wednesday, October 28^th 6:00 pm: 
  • Explore Different Majors within the Department of Music
    
    
• Thursday, October 29^th 6:00 pm: 
  • Audition and Scholarship Information, follwed by a Student Q & A Session

In addition to these sessions, participatants will have the opportunity to explore the Department of Music with videos of classes and performances.  We can also schedule a time for you to have a lesson with one of our professors at a mutually-agreeable time.

Where: All sessions will take place via Zoom.  Upon registration, participatants will receive a link to a website with links to each session.

Who Should Participate:  Any high school junior or senior, or transfer student who wishes to major or minor in music. This is a great way to imagine your future at Eastern Illinois University!
