Year-End Reminders

It’s hard to believe this calendar year is almost over.  For monthly paid employees, your last 2022 paycheck will be paid on 11/30/2022 and that is right around the corner!

Some reminders for year end and upcoming year:

1.        Make sure your address is correct. 

a.       If not, please send in an address change for to HR: ateiu_employment@eiu.edu .

2.       Remember you can print your W2 via PAWS

3.       If you need to change exemptions for the new year, please complete a new W4 form:

a.       https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf - Federal

b.       https://www.eiu.edu/humanres/IL%20W4.pdf – State

c.       You can submit the new forms to payroll: payrollgroup@eiu.edu

4.       Do you have a deferred comp plan and want to change contributions for 2023?

a.       403B- complete the form via the link below and send to benefits: benefits@eiu.edu

b.       457 changes must be changed online via the SURS or Empower website depending on the plan you are enrolled in
