Program Coordinator I

Position Summary

The Graduate School is seeking a Program Coordinator I to certify graduate degrees and certificates and provide administrative support to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include certifying graduate degrees and certificates, managing compliance with requirements of graduate programs, overseeing financial accounts and budgets for the Graduate School and tuition waivers, managing the Graduate Assistantship program in collaboration with one direct report, and other duties detailed in Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

Work Hours

The core work hours of this position are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Salary: $4,235 - $4,350/monthly; final rate will be commensurate with experience.
