The Illinois Higher Education Center for Alcohol, Other Drug & Violence Prevention (IHEC) is happy to be hosting a new statewide conference in April 2024. The theme of this year's conference is "Partners in Prevention: the Collective Impact." Areas of focus for this conference will be for alcohol & other drug use, evidence-based & evidence-informed strategies, harm reduction strategies & opportunities for peer research sharing. The three-day event will be held in Springfield, IL over the span of two full days of workshops & speaker sessions.

Lodging will be provided free of cost for speakers/presenters. Individuals who specify that they will participate in poster sessions & breakout sessions will be covered. A block of rooms has been reserved for guests at the hotel. Registration for the event is free. Institutions are encouraged to bring up to 4 members from their campus. Additionally, CEU credits will be awarded for those in attendance who have indicated the need for certificates/follow up resources.
