Health Fair Exhibitor - Interest Form

We are excited you would like to be a participant this year. There is no charge to be an exhibitor at the health fair, the only stipulation is that products cannot be sold at the event and that your booth is related to health. We encourage exhibitors to provide and hand out information and/or samples of products. The event, on average, attracts over 1,500 students, faculty, and staff from the university community.
