Please complete the following form to register for the mindfulness class. This is a 4-week class that meets once a week for one hour. By completing this form, you are committing to attending each of these class sessions. Week 1: Intro to Mindfulness, belly breathing, dynamic breathing, body scan meditation Week 2: Meditation for restless minds, walking meditation, meditation gathas Week 3: Guided imagery and labeling thoughts Week 4: Eating meditation and labeling emotions Mindfulness Class Series 3: March 21, March 28, April 4, and April 11 @2 P.M. in the Martinsville Room on the top floor of the MLK Union. Attendance at all 4 sessions is preferred in order to ensure the best experience, so please double-check your schedule to make sure that these dates work for you.
