The Semicolon Project Pledge

The Semicolon Project Pledge

A semicolon is punctuation that is often used in place of a period. It allows for a sentence to go on and provides for continuation rather than an end. Project Semicolon seeks to do the same by encouraging continuation and providing a new beginning where there could have been an end. Project Semicolon was established in 2013 to raise awareness on mental health topics such as depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. Health and Counseling Services stands with Project Semicolon and their vision of a community that stands together, declares hope and embraces the value of individuals.

By signing your name you are pledging to reduce the stigma of mental illness on Eastern Illinois University's campus and in our society.
